Ozone Treatment

Definition

Ozone treatment is a powerful deodorization method that uses ozone (O3) generators to eliminate odors at the molecular level. Ozone is a highly reactive gas that oxidizes and destroys odor-causing molecules, bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. During treatment, the area must be unoccupied as ozone is harmful to humans, animals, and plants at high concentrations. After treatment, the ozone naturally converts back to oxygen. Ozone treatment is effective for smoke odors, pet odors, and biological odors.
